Right? I don't even get how anyone could have read the Q posts and not know that these are largely going to be run through a military court system.

We even have expansions to the number of military courts announced this week by Catherine Herridge for CBS - hanging out at Gitmo and reporting on it. Pretty big news, but the meaning and magnitude of that info doesn't seem to be percolating properly.
