I also wonder if this is simply a distraction tactic.

He knows it will be shot down, but hey, now people are talking about this and not all the other dumpster fires.

Maybe that's the plan. One dumpster fire after another so no one has time to really discuss, digest or investigate all the crazy shit going on.

This is now headline news. Not the border crisis. Not Afghanistan. Not Arizona. Not Georgia. Not the stolen election. Not Cuomo. Not Hunter or his laptop. Not any of the hundreds of dumpster fires around the country or the world right now.
