Normally I would agree, but the President does have certain power over economic decisions. I wonder if he can punish companies by withholding federal grants, tax exemptions, or enforce more crippling audits and compliance.

I work for a rather large private company that is heavily regulated by federal. They haven't said anything about mandatory vacc, or even hinted. But if the boot came crashing down from the fed, then I'd see them suddenly emailing everyone to get the vax.
