Legally (yes i know the government is so over doing things legally) speaking, Biden's administration doesn't have this authority.

Challenging it in a fair court ( yes, there again I know the courts are corrupted too) would normally yield a ruling against the executive branch for exceeding its authority.

Perhaps we will have a court victory? Just trying to look for something of a positive outcome on this one.
