Biden's 6 point plan to take over the world or " get the pandemic plan under control" made me take a step that I didn't think I would. I sent an email to the ACLU in Ohio to ask if they are starting a class action lawsuit on behalf of myself. The issues I cited was 1. My medical freedom of choice 2. Lose of a job because my employer has over 500 people and I will not take it nor do weekly testing 3. I do not give consent to give out my personal health information according to HIPPA regulations 4. I do not live in fear and take my personal health and my immunity a high priority that while I work in the general public, I have NOT been ill one day. Maybe if each of us contact our state's ACLU, we can get a class action lawsuit going.

Had me interested until I read HIPAA being used (and spelled) incorrectly. HIPAA has absolutely nothing to do with an employer requiring proof of vaccination. HIPAA is for health professionals. If your employer were to ask your doctor for medical information HIPAA regulations apply to your doctor... if your doctor were to leave his username and password for his computer with access to his EMR containing your medical data on a sticky note that is a HIPAA violation.
