Biden's 6 point plan to take over the world or " get the pandemic plan under control" made me take a step that I didn't think I would. I sent an email to the ACLU in Ohio to ask if they are starting a class action lawsuit on behalf of myself. The issues I cited was 1. My medical freedom of choice 2. Lose of a job because my employer has over 500 people and I will not take it nor do weekly testing 3. I do not give consent to give out my personal health information according to HIPPA regulations 4. I do not live in fear and take my personal health and my immunity a high priority that while I work in the general public, I have NOT been ill one day. Maybe if each of us contact our state's ACLU, we can get a class action lawsuit going.

What makes you think the ACLU is on our side? They never has been on our side. They are against freedom of speech, for starters. They even said the finger circle game a racist dog whistle.
They probably got your email and had a laugh with other pink-dye hair butches with tats all over and piercings in odd places.
You had good intentions but no way will the ACLU agree with what you said. I mean, I'm disabled and live in Ohio and even the disability advocacy group are advocating BLM and trannies. So if I went to them and said, "This company is discriminating me by firing me if I don't get the shot" and their response most likely will be, "Dude, just get the shot."
