I don't buy into the false flag label that often, but this seems like a blatantly obvious attempt at one.

Put the fence back up around the Capitol.

Announce more draconian vax meaaures.

Monitor for violent speech.

Engineer a riot in DC and you got a nice reason to crack down even more.
