Don't get too worked up about it yet. I'm surprised they didn't wait a day so they could coast out the weekend before the first injunction. IANAL

He said it today but he has to put the policy in place before any litigation can happen. HOWEVER, good on those lawyers for getting ahead of the "game," because that's what this is. "How far can we push them?"
