When the video clip first began circulating in 2010' it was falsely claimed to be Bill Gates presenting.

So its up for debate but it seems the video is fake. From what I read somewhere a while back this was a film intended for an independent movie. No sources, jist out of memory. Pedes are welcome ti prove or debunk the claim if there are any sources.

I recall his brain scan image is from a different medical study but I don't have that info on hand.

Will search and return with info.

Update: Supposedly the brain scan image used in the presentation was taken from https://n.neurology.org/content/75/18_Supplement_1/S67 and added some color to suggest brain activity.
