It was a guy who was part of the vaccine roll out, double jabbed guy, who decided to look into vaccine safety and realised that the VAERS deaths were under-reported by 40 times (using anaphylaxis reporting), and he estimated the actual deaths to be around 240k. He then confirmed it with 3 other independant analysts.
