I once worked as a host at a casino. One of the slot managers treated her team like peons. She was constantly cussing them inches from their faces, humiliating them in front of guests, and pushing, poking, or pulling them.

One day a newer employee just hauled off and knocked two of her teeth down her throat. I never saw someone deserve it so much. She was out for 3 weeks to recover, but when she came back she treated people a little better. She was still a horrible person. She just learned fear.
