This is what I tried and you guys let me know what you think. I took a grapefruit and peeled the outer layer (orange skin) leaving as much of the white peel as possible. I then cut it in small pieces and blended it with one cup of water. Once it cools in the refrigerator it will become thick. I store it in the refrigerator. I use 1/4 per day and mix it in a glass of water. You can definitely taste the bitter in the peel. It has the exact same bitter as tonic water. I take this with my zinc and other vitamins. If you try it let me know what you think. I find this an easy way vs boiling the peels. I would think it is better than boiling the peels because wouldn’t that destroy the quinine? Plus this is so much faster to make.

I wanted a natural source of quinine for prophylaxis for antiviral protection with flu season coming. I don’t was to take a pill of HCQ. Plus I like the fiber the peel provides and the anti-inflammatory benefits of quinine.
