Notice in Biden's address to us on covid he used the word "rule" for employers who have more than 100 employees. Then he passes this on to OSHA. Note in the first few paragraphs of the OSH Act of 1970 that they do not pass laws, they suggest "rules". Also note the procedures in place for employees to participate in their adoption. There is also language about exemptions from new "rules" that would harm them. The lawyers are sharpening their knives. https://www.osha.gov/laws-regs/oshact/completeoshact

See point 4. See point 5.
If you have or are regarded as having a disability, you cannot be discriminated against.
This includes major bodily functions, like your immune system. Your refusal to undertake mitigating measures, including medications, prosthetics, and medical procedures, cannot be used against you or be used to discriminate against you.
See point 8. See point 9.
You cannot be discriminated against based on whether you've been tested or undertaken a medical procedure related to your disability (which can be a perceived disability related to your immune system).
You cannot be asked to undertake testing or a medical procedure related to your disability if you have the ability to do your essential job functions. If your employer feels you cannot safely do a job that you are capable of doing based on your disability, it is their responsibility to make reasonable accommodations for you as a qualified disabled person.
Let's get it, pedes! We're all disabled, according to the Commies!
Great information. Thank you.
