No the left arm is fine. It's the right arm that's been photoshopped. It was originally bent inward over the number 4, pointing towards the left hand side of the image. To point the arm right (as it's doing now) you'd need to flip the image on its vertical axis, making it appear as though it's a right hand and not a left hand.
The person who photoshopped it likely is making a statement from an older comic, making it more timely since we are getting the vaccine mandates.

You have left and right confused. Or perhaps we are just not speaking in the same language. When I say "left arm" I mean, the CHARACTER'S left arm. Not the arm that is on the left in the picture.

It is not possible to turn a left arm into a right arm using any series of rotations around any set of axes. You must use a mirror image.
It is by design, and it was done using a mirror (not an actual mirror, but a mirror in art space).

It is entirely possible that this was done by someone other than Ben, but your next statement doesn't follow.
You're reading a bit deep into it.
The two right hands was intentional, as I point out above. Its a matter of symmetry. You can't make a right hand out of a left without purposefully using a mirror.
Oh. Well yes that's what I'm saying. The character's left arm has been photoshopped.
I'm not saying you rotate the arm, I'm saying you flip the arm, as in the image gets reversed or (mirrored). I think reading too much into using the mirror function because there's no other way the person would have been able to make the finger point at step 6 unless they wanted to stretch the left arm out unnaturally long. Neither option really looks good tbh.

Fair enough. I do think its entirely possible it was intentional, but I concede that it may have been merely convenience, and hasty work.
Yeah it’s not really that much to read into. The message is already there. What good would extra symbolism bring?
