Let’s just assume this bullshit does make it through the courts for arguments sake. We all know eventually they will make it so private employees will be treated the same as federal employees to where they cannot opt out of the vaccine for the weekly tests.

My prediction is they will intentionally report periodic/frequent false positives on the weekly tests to essentially force the private employee into a quarantine to where they cannot work temporarily. This will effectively force the employee to get the vax as few can afford to constantly be out of work every other week.
