My husband just informed me that OSHA is going to require the Vax or each worker has to submit to weekly Covid tests. Has anyone heard anything about this and what can we do about it?

Not sure if you’re serious??
There was a huge Biden press conference about this yesterday.
And probably 250 threads on this board about the mandates for private businesses.
OSHA is the "work around" that was gleefully floated by the WH secretary. However... per OSHA this would take a really really long a) they must prove Covid a workplace hazard b) there is no other thing they could do to mitigate the risk and c) they have to vote. I think they know that this would probably end their credibility at least they should. Hope this makes you feel a bit better.
In reality, every job site, whether an office or a construction site or a call center, is potentially an "OSHA site." They have the authorization to stick their noses into any workplace, and often do as a matter of exercising authority and being a general nuisance.
My company sent out an email today saying that they were waiting until the official mandate is released. I'm sure they'll still fold but I am hoping all the incoming lawsuits will render any mandate illegal before they even get started.
This was literally the big news of yesterday and today is the national fallout. Tell your husband to grow a pair and object to this crap with the rest of america.
the same OSHA that didn't/doesn't step in when you're masked and breathing oxygen deficient air that could cause death or serious injury as a result of the face diaper
just another tentacle of the cabal
