They were interviewing Paul Watnak(?) he asked them to make an x with their arms over their head ... one person did. And he said they were all under arrest.... the disconnected the call and look very worried & flustered

No one was arrested

But the person on the phone said they were ... they said he was making a bad joke and dishonored everyone one including his own boss Donald Rumsfeld.
