What just happened on newsmax?

They were interviewing Paul Watnak(?) he asked them to make an x with their arms over their head ... one person did. And he said they were all under arrest.... the disconnected the call and look very worried & flustered

I thought his voice sounded too young, without being familiar with his voice.
