When is there ever a video like this where anyone knows?

I've seen vids of patriots with flags trying to swing the poles...with a fucking flag causing major drag and weak hits. JAB with a pole.

Idk as someone who trained in kickboxing for a while, these videos irk me more than anything.

People at least pull up some quick Tony Jeffries videos on YouTube and learn basic jab, cross, hook, and movement.

You won't defend shit flailing your arms like a used car lot wind doll.
