These kinds of scenarios are fun to imagine until the implausibility of it sets in.

Yeah, they arrested Hillary Clinton but she's going to keep running for president with a body double, or after she makes bail, or "Hey we were just kidding, you're not really under arrest, we just always snatch people off the curb to question them."
