Most smart companies will pay a settlement to avoid going to court. The settlement can vary depending on the situation. Probably around 1x-2x your annual salary.
I read that if terminated because of no Vax we may not even qualify for unemployment....B.S.
That's why you sue them for firing you, always keep the receipts, if they fired you make sure you get it in writing and why.
