Are They Using Different Vaccine Batches For Different Groups?

My friend went to the local health department as soon as the shots came to our area. I asked her if they just lined people up assembly-line style, and she said they were all seated in chairs about 6 feet apart and a clerk went thru first and did the paperwork, then a nurse came through and administered the shot, with each fresh syringe pulling the 'jab serum' from the same bottle until they ran out, then went and got a new bottle from the refrigeration. Afterwards, a third person was responsible for timing the wait period of 15 minutes before each 'recipient' could leave, and after the 15 minutes, that 3rd person handed out the jab card with the manufacturer and lot number written on the card.
Another person in my (really small) town, a very slim middle aged person, only made it about 7 minutes after the shot before he passed out and actually hit the floor - was then transported by ambulance to the local hospital and was in a coma for 2 weeks, and then awoke. Was able to be discharged a couple days later. That was his first (and only) dose of the jab (Moderna was all that was available to the area at the time). Their story to him was that he 'must have been allergic to something in the delivery (carrier) substances in the vaccine, not the vaccine itself.' This guy was known to formerly be a pretty heavy-duty illegal drug user, so his body had already seen some stuff, and 'needle-fright' was definitely not an issue with him. Unbelievable.
That’s interesting that they all definitely got administered from the same bottle, and now supposedly something has changed and they are selecting batches (if the latter is even true). I do remember at the beginning of this all, they were all really paranoid about the vaccines being kept at very cold temperatures, the kind of temperatures that would require specialized industrial freezers. Yet now somehow it is ok for people to drive around with them in their car and go door to door.
Remember when the vaccines first rolled out in early 21? There was a lot of extra activity showing up on military flight radar during that time and the speculation was that it was military helping with the distribution of the vaccines in an orderly fashion around the country. Back then it was thought that it was the best way to distribute the vaccine because of the special refrigeration needs of the stuff. Wonder if the batches were assigned at that point. The general 'active ingredient' stuff sent to the general public facilities (health departments, hospitals/clinics, pharmacies, etc.) and control group batches with the saline only directed to military, elected federal offices, etc.
