Why bother?? This book was found in a school, which was the primary reason for posting. If this book was purchased by some Uber liberal teacher, and your child or their curious friend saw it and started to discus this with your child, would you care then??
Before this post, I never even knew books like this were on Amazon. Why bother? People not interested in it will never buy it.
