My point was that the report stated it was statutory rape, which under the law at the time it wasn't if she consented.
As far as laws in other countries are concerned, I think there should be pressure placed on those countries to change their laws, make paedophilia a crime against humanity.

Second, she was 15 at the time and said she consented.
The age of consent in Canada before 2008 was 14. She is now 47, so 32 years ago it would not have been statutory rape if she consented.
