(That number could be 10 people in congress hold dual citizenship and 8 of them hold it with Isreal, so "80%" doesn't really mean anything significant on its own.)
The first guy, on the other hand, was definitely saying that 90% of congress hold dual citizenship with Isreal which does sound ridiculous.
