You know.... When you step back and look at socialized medicine, we are pretty well on track for the normal development of that program. It's always first sold as a universal right.

Then after government takes over and its been around long enough to generally hit a new equilibrium, the government begins the rationing period where all that universal right stuff never gets mentioned again as they remove certain groups from having they right in some or all circumstances.
