I appreciate the "test", but at the same time, know that they have these loopholes and weaknesses in there on purpose.

They want people to abuse the "paper system", so they can then use the fact that people are taking advantage of these loopholes to "tighten" them further and make them harder and harder to bypass.

This is how they will continue their push for identification/proof that is embedded/checkable within the vaccine.

Non-compliance now is going to be a far easier fight than it will be later when they continue to tighten controls.
