Well sure they're "facing" these taxes, but will they "pay" these taxes? No. Any tax hike targeted at those in the upper earning brackets didn't get to the upper earning brackets by not learning how to dodge taxes.

Instead of encouraging more people to use the tax loopholes, why not close the loopholes? Makes fucking sense to me
