Given historically it's always been the US typically rushing in first to help when everyone else is running in the opposite direction, this statement causes a shiver. Not only would there be no place to escape to for freedom; the rest of the world would no longer have a great defender against the tyrants and psychos.
Evidence suggests (note, not the propaganda we call "history") that every time we went in to "help" and "defend" the rest of the world from tyrants and psychos, what was really happening was we went in to install our own tyrants and psychos.
The US has been no savior to anyone, quite the opposite. We have been the military arm of the Cabal. They own the world in no small part because the US invaded and gave it to them.
We have always been (at least since the Civil War, or slightly after) the Tyrants and Psychos of the world.
The PEOPLE of our armies did not know that. We believed we were doing the saving. That is the power of propaganda. People will believe any lie if it confirms their biases (e.g. "America is protecting the helpless") or it plucks the heartstrings of fear, making them afraid it might be true ("An evil tyrant is trying to take over the world". "An invisible virus will kill everyone", etc.).
