Is it a bruise or a tattoo? I can't tell, since all these chicks decide to ink up their bodies like crazy.

Looks like a bruise to me. Like when I got bitten by a dog but the skin didn't break. Looks just like that.

Hmmm. Well upon second look it does look really circular like it could be a tattoo but my bruise looked like that as well. Fair enough though fair enough could be ink.
