No, it’s an old Irish thing, I think. Winken, Blinken and Nod.

Winken is Biden, because he winks in and out of sleep. Then there’s this guy, Blinken, who blinks a lot when testifying, so you know he’s full of shit. Then there’s Nod, which is Kamala Harris cause… well, you know why.
