Maybe... but, there ae those who cannot afford to pay to see a Dr and pay for the prescription. So, the horse paste is tauted as a viable substitute. Except for the fake news about people overdosing, I have not seen anything that says the horsepaste is dangerous, but obviously I am not omniscient.
