In this case, we're lucky that government operations are usually a mass of ineptitude, inefficiency and bureaucratic waste.
Exactly the case in my country.
There's no lack of will to get the jab but our government is so inept that they weren't able to keep up with schedule.
Our concern should be what populations did get the shot and, if the shots are expected to be deadly long term, what will be the end result in national and global demographics?
