If it has been cached already then yes. If the web spiders hasn't fetched that page due to it being removed too quickly then it probably hasn't been cached.

Seeing how it's a MSN article, I'm sure the web spiders have priorities and probably has already fetched that article. If only we had the URL then we can try Wayback.
