I feel like they know what's going on in the background, and know the military is ready to step in. I think they hope to piss off enough people in America to muddy the waters and make a military intervention without massive casualties of innocent people nearly impossible. America is different from nearly every other country, we the people really do have the power as long as we follow the constitution and God.
