No ass was kicked in the making of this film.

The guy gave them the choice of resign or be charged. Watch the video clips where they discuss the content. They violated the Ohio Revised Code and should be charged indefinitely.

I bet that Mayor has some dirt on him, and thats why hes giving them the option to walk.
