Example: The infamous "sci-fi" (fiction) book entitled "1984" that describes a post-apocalyptic world involving atrocities such as tyrannical govt overreach, genocide, being stripped of our rights/freedoms, 'mind crimes' and 'thought police', Big Brother mass surveillance of the population, etc. isn't "science fiction" anymore. It's reality now and, thus, that type of book no longer belongs in the fiction section of the bookstore >> moved to "Current Events" (non-fiction) section.
