China can only invade Taiwan in October or April, due to weather.

An unfounded rumour says they will begin the two weeks of shelling on the 25th of September.

I can think of three meanings so far

Red October - Allied nuclear submarines (AUSUKUSA deal)

Red October - Red Chinese aggression against Taiwan (millions dead)

Red October - Audits flip state electors from blue to red
