Maybe "picking" would have been a better word. Also I grew up in a time where we would "dig" each other via pointing out problems with our thought process or comments. It was a fun pass time as a boy.
It's straight-up trash and one of the first things a person sees when they enter the site. It looks low effort and I cannot discuss a joke in a serious manner, nor ponder what others write because they also don't like this waste of a post. This is not very organic discussion material.
