This is obviously an anon (Canadian!?) posting personal views trying to be a prophet, and possibly succeeding. In fact, I buried one of these time capsules myself once. There are significant ties to Revelation that indicate that it is the primary text intended. Has many meanings, so I'll stick to primary ones.
(First five lines): General description of satanic plan, from his fall in the garden, and continually modified over the centuries but always anticipated by God. Jesus is expected to return in autumn so it is a time the counterfeiter often uses for game changes. Example, 9/11/2001 (25 Elul); 9/20/2001, Patriot Act (3 Tishri, the fast of Gedaliah). Includes reference to the possibility that the Great Seal (1782) may have encoded this decade as the end of a long-range plan (assuming first row of period means 1776 as inscribed, and 12 more rows are 20 years each, indicating 2016 as beginning of a Pergamos capstone). The same happens in other years, past and future; this year seems to be lining up well too. Day of Atonement 2021 has just passed and we have two more weeks of Biblical festivals ahead, so anything can happen on either side. Biblical timing: Both the beginning autumn and the final autumn of the 7-year "tribulation", at least; also earlier.
Three branches will become one: Not a Biblical symbol, but an American one, implying a move toward centralization and executive power (monarchy). (In Bible, three branches means either three days or half a menorah.) Author believes this unification is very straightforward so makes it the first sign before naming the Biblical ones cryptically, because they are still more unknown. Timing: before final 7 years.
An island will drift away: Ezek. 38:13 suggests that when Gog (Iran supported by Russia) attacks Israel, Tarshish (the remote nations, typically represented as islands) will object but will be ineffective in prevention. Can refer to U.K. including Brexit, et al. Timing: beginning of 7 years.
A killing bolt will shine in the night but will not kill: Rev. 13:3 ff. indicates that the one-world leader will appear to be killed but it will be said not to have succeeded. The anon author believes it will be a wartime attack. Timing: midpoint of 7 years or earlier.
The star will gorge itself on clay: Dan. 2:43 takes the iron-clay description of the kingdom and compares it to rulers that are not born of men (i.e. stars) mixing themselves into the seed of men (i.e. clay). Includes many kinds of GMO's and satanic perversions. Very obvious lately in connection with Q theory. (Author also hints connection to astronomical effects, but this interpretation doesn't align much will Biblical hints; the earth endures.) Timing: continuous.
Idols will speak and move about: Almost a paraphrase of Rev. 13:15. The image of the one-world leader will have independent power, not necessarily robotic, but easily fulfilled by social media and digital tracking, in connection with the mark later in this chapter. Timing: after midpoint of 7 years.
The black flag will fly above the dome: Not Biblical. Probably an insertion of author's belief that Islam (Dome of the Rock) will be dominated by some form of piracy. Joel Richardson suggests that the Antichrist will be Muslim, based on a number of supportive Scriptures, which I cannot disprove. That theory would align with Islam turning "black". However, I've held that "black" (Rev. 6:5) refers to the north, meaning Russia and Europe, while "green" (Rev. 6:7, typically translated "pale") refers to the south, both Arabic lands (green flags) and Africa. (Red is east, China, and white is west, America.) Yet in the alternate view, if Antichrist is not Muslim, he might defeat the global reach of Islam (subjugate it). So the idea of a submission to a black power by the golden dome ties into the Biblical picture, but does not have a set scheduled point of fulfillment; and other domes (including White House and St. Peter's) will be blackened too. Timing: continuous growth of applicability.
The belly of the dragon will drip water: Very clear reference to Rev. 12:15-16. The devil will attack the saints with a literal or metaphorical flood, but it will miraculously dissipate without effect. Timing: after midpoint of 7 years.
Two voices will call out in a silence that all will hear: Very clear reference to Rev. 11:1-14a, specifically 7-12. Many speculate what "two witnesses" means, but it's likely two people who take shelter in the rebuilt Temple and who have a worldwide reach of communication from there, even under siege. They are prophesied to be martyred and resurrected as one of the clearest testimonies to the truth of Jesus. Timing: whole last half of 7 years.
A rock will stand on seven hills: Generic reference to Rome being influential (Matt. 16:18, Rev. 17:19); ambiguous because author probably doesn't know firmly how the Catholics will play out. The answer is that the Catholics will be split; those that truly pursue Jesus will be rescued from the rest and will join their ("Protestant" and Orthodox) separated brothers in the revealed body of Christ. Yet Rome will also be a power center of the beast system, and a candidate today (among others) for the final HQ of the system. Timing: continuous.
The ravens will starve: Insightful! Happens in 1 Kings 17:6-7, during a 3.5-year period of famine; probably has secondary reference to the continuing growth of famine, and drying up of resources, during the tribulative time. Timing: 4.5 years into the 7 (inferring that the ravens had food for 1 year of the 3.5 years).
The bear will leave its cave forever: Today, Russia, but, in the Bible, Persia (Dan. 7:5), now Iran. The one-world government will have the characteristics of all the prior empires (including bear, Rev. 13:2). There are hints that the Russia-Iran alliance, after attacking Israel, will lose its remaining superpower status and be subsumed by other power centers in the world order. Timing: beginning of the 7 years.
The rod and the ring will strike: Appears to be twofold, meaning both good and evil striking at each other. Rod and ring can be taken as male and female symbols representing powers that take refuge in obelisks and domes; but in the Bible they refer to Jesus's reign and his appointment of human kings beneath him, specifically the Davidic dynasty (Ps. 2:9, Hag. 2:23). Timing: continuous.
Total 12 signs, 17 paragraphs (!), and it's clear that the author is using the Bible as a primary source, and ordinary symbology as a secondary, and these two sources account for virtually all of the imagery. He is also counting on ambiguity as an attempt to score further hits. Hope this is demonstrated by the sources listed.
