Via anonymous BLM donations that do not get claimed by BLM. So the lefty platform they use will be allowed to distribute those funds to the failed politicians who are clearly proxies for the actual big bad.

Edit: Lol brainfarted and now I'm not sure how they can launder him the funds since there's no way RNC is still sucking up Trump Funds.
