Look into the Saxon books. I used college level books designed to build on each chapter so the student can self-learn. My kid did calculus and trig in homeschool, and did very well on his AP tests. Before I pulled him out of school, I did insist he take chemistry because I didn't have a way to set up a lab. I also had access to friends as mentors in physics and math.
