Wonder why the hospitals are 100% full?

Staff are quitting....they are basing hospital bed availability on their allocated staff sizes. Mandates get fucked.

They just close down a large percentage of ICU beds when they need to meet a narrative story demand..."OMG were at 100% capacity" they just cut the lights off on the floors with empty beds
