Staff are quitting....they are basing hospital bed availability on their allocated staff sizes. Mandates get fucked.

You hit the mail right on the head! They are giving the patient and staff a big Fuck You! We don’t need you cause government is paying us! They are making patients go to sister facilities (other contracted hospitals) miles away for services.
