Wonder why the hospitals are 100% full?

Staff are quitting....they are basing hospital bed availability on their allocated staff sizes. Mandates get fucked.

Wow,I would think that falls outside the states quality of care guidelines. Wonder if they are also fluffing the numbers to the state.
