I definitely believe its a global Alliance of white hats. What we are seeing around the world would not have been possible without that. I have heard from multiple people that Australia (especially Canberra) is extremely bad in terms of DUMBs, underground tunnels and trafficking. So I think White Hats had special focus on Australia.
