I do not know whether my church received gov't COVID money here in Canada, but I heard a lot of churches received such.

I just cut off tithes to my local church which I am no longer attending in-person for instituting a mask mandate on all gatherings (not required by gov't, but recommending) and for recommending the vax. I would be violating my conscience if I were to attend while forced to wear a mask.

Thinking through these articles now on tithing and pondering what does being a steward of money actually mean.

Go read Leviticus on Tithing. Pay attention to what the tithe was to support. It doesn't exist anymore.
