My brother has a home in Costa Rica and travels back and forth from there to USA every few weeks. Though no vax required, the problem is that the USA requires everyone to be tested in Costa Rica before they will let you back in to the country.
I’m not up for a Costa Rican swab up my nose at this point in time.
