Just got the email requiring I provide vaccination status - help!

I know this has been asked before, but what are my options? If I do not put anything down I will be outed. So far they are only asking for dates, not batch numbers. So do I lie, or do I leave blank and wait for someone to contact me and go from there?

Stay honest. If you haven't got, say so. There's too many jobs out there to sweat loosing one. Do you really want to spend your time supporting someone that is not willing to support you?
