And pardons are not for indictments, they come after conviction of one's crimes.

Yep

And an indictment that doesn’t indict for treason is not going to convict for treason, so your statement that you cannot pardon treason is a non-sequitur in this conversation. We are now back to “biden can pardon sussman.”
